Return Process
- 1.Inspect Upon Delivery
Please thoroughly check your order at the time of delivery to ensure all meat products meet your expectations for freshness and quality.
- 2.Report Issues Immediately
If you notice any quality concerns or discrepancies, notify our delivery agent immediately or contact our customer service team within 2 hours of receipt.
- 3.Provide Proof of Quality
To process a claim for perishable items, please provide a clear photograph of the product and the original packaging showing the batch label.
- 4.Resolution and Refund
Once validated, we will arrange for a fresh replacement to be delivered at no extra cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
